The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage overall strategic direction of the recruiting function for MMC Corp and subsidiary companies (MW Builders, MMC Contractors, Countywide Mechanical Systems, BCS). This position is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring – and retaining – talented candidates for the organization.
