What if I registered and forgot to pay online…or accidentally missed the payment screen, or had technical difficulties? It’s OK to complete the online registration form again, which will re-access the PayPal screen so you can pay online with a credit card. Don’t worry, we always remove any accidental duplicate registrations!
However, if you have an accidental duplicate PayPal payment and receive a duplicate e-receipt, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
What if I paid for multiple attendees but was unable to complete the registration for each person? Please e-mail email@example.com to notify us of the the names of the attendees, so we may add them correctly on our event check-in roster.
What is EPN’s cancellation policy? If you must cancel your reservation, please do so no later than 48-hours before the event. In person events: If you paid online during registration and cancel 48 hours or more before the event you will receive a refund. If you registered to pay at the door but fail to cancel 48 hours or more in advance of the event, payment will be expected. We are required to turn in the number of registered attendees to the venue for planning purposes and must pay for the number of attendees we anticipate, whether they attend or not. As a not-for-profit organization, we simply can’t afford to pay for no-shows. We appreciate your understanding! Virtual events: All sales for virtual events are final and are not eligible for refund. In lieu of ticket purchases, suggested donations are also final once made.
