There’s never been a moment in recent history where access to healthcare and other employee
benefits was quite so important. HR and business leaders are scrambling to determine how COVID-19 and the laws will affect their employee benefits program. In this webcast, experts from CBIZ and Lockton will share what they are learning and recommending to employers as actions they can take in these changing and challenging times.

We will focus on two specific areas:

  • Employee Wellbeing: Prioritizing wellbeing will be increasingly important due to the emotional and financial implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. Employers need to learn how to adapt current policies and offerings to accommodate as well as adopt new, where needed. Participants will take away ideas to explore based on fit as they listen to the needs of their own unique workforce.
  • Medical Plan Design Features: Many employers are in the midst of planning for 2021 open enrollment and making any needed plan design changes based on needs of their population and the changes in the work world. Our broker representatives will share some key things employers should be considering as they prepare for the upcoming medial plan year in these unique and unprecedented times.

Frontline Foods

Support Local Restaurants. Feed the Frontline.

The idea is simple… support local frontline workers including hospital clinicians, first responders and more who are working in wartime-like conditions by partnering with local restaurants who have been devastated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your donation goes straight to local KC restaurants to purchase meals and help support these local staples that are struggling to keep their doors open. Those meals are delivered to workers on the frontline, providing nourishment as these heroes work long hours to keep our community safe and healthy.

$50 Feeds a team of ~5
$100 Feeds a team of ~10
$500 Feeds a team of ~50
