Global Human Capital Trends – by Deloitte

Thursday, March 5, 2020 • 7:30-9:30 a.m

New Venue: Fiorella’s Event Space (former Ritz Charles):  9000 W. 137th St, Overland Park, KS 66221

Now is not the time to tinker at the edges of your organization—it’s time to reinvent it. In the face of disruptive social, political, and economic forces, organizations must move beyond mission statements and social impact programs to put humans at the center of their business strategies and bring meaning back to the workplace. Nothing short of a full-scale reinvention is required. And organizations are feeling the pressure:

• 86% believe they must reinvent their ability to learn
• 84% said they need to rethink their employee experience to improve productivity
• 80% Believe they need to develop leaders differently

Deloitte’s Human Capital Trends research addresses the why, what, and how of total reinvention and prepares organizations to fundamentally change how they interact with their workforce to cultivate meaningful experiences.

Join us as we walk through the research and its applications on the following:

  • The future of the workforce: how organizations should adapt to the forces restructuring job and work design, the open talent economy, and leadership.
  • The future of the organization: how teams, networks, and new approaches to rewards are driving business performance.
  • The future of HR: how the function is stepping up to the challenge of redesigning its capabilities, technologies, and focus to lead transformation in HR and across the enterprise.
