As an HR Generalist, you will manage all human resources responsibilities for assigned region, collaborating across other regions to ensure consistency. Responsible for supporting talent acquisition, development and retention objectives and ensuring best practices in HR management. Responsible to assist other HR functional teams with the administration of hiring, on-boarding, performance management, development, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, recognition, ADA, unemployment. Works in tandem with supported managers to engender culture of excellence and high performance in the workforce.
