Human Resource Business Partner – Saint Luke’s Health System

Job Description​

Builds a strong business partnership with internal customers by providing guidance and counsel to managers and employees throughout entity on HR related issues to include recruitment retention onboarding and employee relations. Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes by attending department meetings and rounding on a regular basis. Assists with the development coordination support and implementation of targeted HR initiatives in accordance with the entity andor HR Strategic Plan. Supports a strong organizational culture by encouraging employee engagement and tracking and responding to HR Process Scorecard data.
