The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the lifecycle of employees, including:

  • Recruiting
  • Onboarding
  • Training
  • Benefits
  • Workers Compensation
  • HRIS management
  • Employee development
  • COBRA
  • ACA
  • 403(b)
  • Advising management on discipline and terminations
  • FMLA administration
  • Other duties as assigned
  • This position reports to the CFO

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • SHRM or SPHR Certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience
  • HRIS experience
