You don’t necessarily need an agriculture degree or farm experience on your resume to work here. Our DFA employees throughout the country work with one goal in mind — bring value to our members. As a farmer-owned cooperative, DFA employees move our members’ milk from farm to table, while continuously exploring innovative ways to deliver dairy products to consumers around the world. We are focused on maintaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities in which we live, operate and serve. Lead development and execution of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) activities and new programs in partnership with the DEI team, human resources, and leaders across the organization to drive DFA’s approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Drive DEI goal attainment through program management and defined project plans; manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support. Act as a DEI subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge to enable the organization to achieve measurable results.
