GREAT NEWS! HRCI has awarded 1.5 hours of STRATEGIC BUSINESS recertification credit hours for our March program!
The Human Resource professional must be a full participant in strategic conversations about how organizations must anticipate and then respond to a rapidly evolving future. This presentation will specifically equip the HR professional with the terminology, processes and rationale for using strategic thinking skills in an evolving workplace.
- Become comfortable with “chaos” as the “face” of organizational change
- Identify and use the alignment between an organization’s strategic plan and the responsibilities of the HR professional
- Communicate the importance of becoming a full “business partner” in an organization by learning the agenda and language of functional areas
- Master the process of strategic planning which includes using organizational assessments, critical thinking skills and forecasting through developing metrics which accurately measure human potential
- Develop organizational policy that compliments the organization’s strategic plan
